1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting service, a customer acknowledges and agrees that their job may be completed by one of these coordinated professionals.
4. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of CA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the site, or any services provided by Mainspring Garage Door Co. shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in CA, and both parties consent to that venue.
5. Estimates and Pricing

Final pricing may differ from an initial estimate if actual site conditions, material requirements, or scope of work are found to differ materially from what was originally assessed.
If a change in price becomes necessary, Mainspring Garage Door Co. will notify the customer before proceeding with additional work. Continuing with service after receiving such notice constitutes the customer’s approval of the revised pricing.
6. Changes to These Terms
Mainspring Garage Door Co. reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted to mainspringgaragedoorjamul.com with a revised effective date. A user’s continued use of the site or continued requests for service after any revision is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Mainspring Garage Door Co. requests at least 24 hours’ advance notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed appointment. This allows the company to reallocate time to other customers and plan accordingly.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee. Any applicable fee will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking or upon scheduling confirmation.
